Forge Clan Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, connecting a wallet or using Forge Clan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Forge Clan.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Forge Clan.

2. Your account

You can sign up with an email and password or by connecting a crypto wallet. Keep your password safe and don't share your account.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Wallets and security

Forge Clan never asks for your private keys or recovery phrase. We'll only ask you to sign a message to prove you own a wallet — this never costs gas.

You are fully responsible for your wallet, its security and any transactions you approve. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed.

4. Buying apps

Paid apps are bought with cryptocurrency and payments go directly to the creator's wallet. Prices are set by creators.

Because blockchain payments are final, refunds are handled between you and the creator. Network (gas) fees are never refundable.

5. Creators and listings

Creators must apply and be approved before listing apps or games. Every listing, post and event is reviewed before it goes live.

Creators must own or have permission to use everything they publish, describe their apps honestly, and support the people who buy them.

6. Content and behaviour

Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't post scams, phishing links or malware.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give Forge Clan permission to show it on the platform. You can report anything that breaks these rules.

7. Our role

Forge Clan is a marketplace and community. Apps and events are made by third parties, and we don't guarantee them. Nothing on Forge Clan is financial advice.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms.

8. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Some records, such as completed purchases, may be kept where the law requires it.

9. Liability

Forge Clan is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by third-party apps, wallet issues, blockchain networks or market changes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Forge Clan means you accept the new terms.
